The Breaking the News team is offering free screening licenses to community and non-profit organizations to enable youth and communities to engage with the film, discuss the issues of that matter to them, and learn about how newsrooms are being reimagined toward a more inclusive democracy.

LIMITED NUMBER OF MICRO GRANTS AVAILABLE Need more support? If you are a community-based group or a local chapter of a national organization, you may apply for a micro grant to help plan a screening of Breaking the News. The grants of up to $1500 are designed to equip event hosts with the resources organizations need to plan, promote, and execute a generative event, using a screening of Breaking the News as a starting point for dialogue and engagement.
